Micro Industries Corporation is committed to protecting both our local and global environment. We design, manufacture, and service electronic computers and related components in the state of Ohio. Micro Industries’ Environmental Management System is registered to ISO 14001:2004.
The ISO 14001 Environmental Standard is recognized worldwide for its positive environmental impact on the global ecology. Micro Industries provides a safe and healthy work environment for both its employees and the community while producing quality products that are environmentally friendly. Micro Industries management is responsible for setting and reviewing environmental objectives and targets that are committed to continual improvement and prevention of pollution while also complying with all relevant environmental legislation, regulations and other requirements placed upon the organization. We have also taken a leadership position in complying with the European Union RoHS and WEEE directives.
Touch&Go Computers use the latest energy saving processors to minimize power requirements. They are manufactured in our own facilities that recycle 100% of all gases and liquids used in production. Solid wastes are either recycled or reclaimed to minimize the impact on the environment. Micro Industries also provides complete recycling resources for all Touch&Go Computer products to avoid any environmental impact once they have reached the end of their useful life.
