All-in-One PCs at The NRF BIG Show 2006 Designed for a Better Buying Experience and Higher Retail Sales

Micro Industries® today introduced four new interactive computers to boost the shopping experience for consumers and help retailers increase their sales. The new Touch&Go® systems on display here at the National Retail Federation’s BIG Show include the Messenger 45, Paige 17, Paigezilla VoIP, and Paigezilla DM.
The four products introduced at the annual BIG Show extend Micro’s line of innovative Touch&Go systems. Each of the four all-in-one computer models provides a low-power advantage with an Intel® Pentium® M processor. “Our goal is to provide retailers with a single source for all of their in-store media requirements; from our large format LCD Touch&Go Messenger systems that deliver high impact promotions to our stylish new Paigezilla systems that allow retailers to merge e-commerce with their store environment, our Touch&Go systems provide the style and performance that is needed for any in-store media application,” said Michael Curran, Micro Industries president and chief executive officer.
Touch&Go Messenger 45: Images bigger than life
The Messenger 45 is a powerful, interactive PC that can attract, inform, and persuade shoppers. Its sleek packaging and vivid, ultra-bright 45-inch screen deliver maximum impact in any environment, from banks and upscale clothing stores to malls, hotels and quick-service restaurants. The Messenger 45 is ideal for digital signage, advertising, product information, or demonstrations. Bigger really is better.
Touch&Go Paige-17: Virtual retail sales associate
The Paige with its ultra-bright, interactive, 17-inch LCD makes retail advertising more visible. This compelling product-information PC runs media-rich content that really draws attention from shoppers. Our Paige 17 is designed to work silently, thanks to Micro’s fanless patent pending technology.
Touch&Go Paigezilla VoIP: Communicating from anywhere
The Paigezilla VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) lets retailers speak directly to customers while they are shopping and captures the sale by answering all their product questions right in the store. A 24/7 virtual sales consultant, the Paigezilla VoIP computer can also process transactions and print out receipts or coupons.
Touch&Go Paigezilla DM: Small but powerful
In less than one cubic foot, the Touch&Go Paigezilla DM (digital media picture module) features a 10.4-inch LCD touch screen, integrated swipe card, barcode scanner, and printer. This self-contained, interactive system is perfect for printing coupons and processing transactions. Paigezilla DM can also remotely manage digital content via wired or wireless LAN.
The Paigezilla’s sleek, durable display stand contains the 60 mm thermal printer and 2.5-inch paper roll. Combining the printer with a CD, DVD, or CD-RW drive increases the system’s versatility in a retail environment to support such applications as digital photo processing or custom music CDs.
