November 17, 2010 JPMorgan Chase, a leading global financial services firm and United Airlines, a major airlines, guided by Whalen, Hennig & Merritt, a San Francisco-based agency, recently launched its newest airport kiosk concept, an innovative and engaging customer focused kiosk designed for credit card promotion utilizing Micro Industries® Touch&Go Computers® in the United Terminal at O'Hara Airport in Chicago on November 17, 2010. Micro Industries, along with it's mCosm® affiliate, delivered a total interactive digital signage solution including computer hardware, application development, installation and remote managed service to meet WHM’s distinctive creative vision. WHM envisioned and developed the new airport kiosk concept that includes interactive digital signage to entertain and inform travelers at the airport while simultaneously providing information to them about the Chase United Credit Card.

Intel director of digital signage for the Embedded and Communications Group, Jose Avalos, and Lorraine Bardeen, regional marketing director for EMEA, Windows Embedded Business, Microsoft, announced the availability of an embedded technology platform developed specifically for digital signage applications that includes Intel chips and Windows software.
