Micro Industries service department is staffed by engineers that are not only trained to repair our customers' products, but also to determine the cause of the failures and take the corrective action to prevent the reoccurrence of the failure. Our support doesn't stop at the end of the warranty period; we are still servicing many products we manufactured twenty years ago that are still running mission critical applications.
Our Customer Service Department can provide up-to-date order status, repair status, Return Material Authorization (RMA) numbers and product availability. Customer Support is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 5:00 Eastern Standard Time at (800) 446-6762.

Be ready to provide your representative with the part and serial number(s) and a brief description of the problem. And be sure to ask for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. We’ll do anything we can to minimize the inconvenience while repairing your product.
