Self Service Ordering Kiosks

Digital Store Front for Kiosks enables retailers to configure and change their own self-service kiosks to display ordering and self-service information in a kiosk friendly format. It is a DIY configuration system that integrates existing back-office systems to a central product database. A store associate can create and change screen flows for category listings of products and services that can be ordered. It can also be used for general store information like maps, product locations, store hours, detailed store or product information, etc., using self-service kiosks.

mCosm works with your staff to integrate the Digital Store Front for Kiosks system to your existing back-office systems. In addition, a unique fulfillment feature can be configured using product information and data from your back-office inventory computer system so that order and inventory data are reconciled. Digital Store Front for Kiosks provides a user friendly toolset for developing, deploying and changing order screens to kiosks throughout a store.

• One Main Server: The main server connects to the store’s existing network and stores all of the necessary digital resources.
• Add as Many Self-Service Kiosks as you want: Configurable for 10-inch and 17-inch Touch&Go paige computers.
• Ordering Guide Software Module allows you to set up the structure of your in-store kiosk product or service offering.
• Easy to use Screen Flow editor: Authorized users configure a screen flow for their specific purposes. This flexible and powerful tool can configure a simple shopping basket to a guided shopping experience with upsell features.
• Configurable Product Database includes the products and services the retailer would like to offer on the in-store self-service kiosks; linked to the retailers’ existing product databases using data adapters.
• Optional Fulfillment Feature is configurable based on your back-office inventory computer system; reconciles incoming order to available inventory.
